Gornja ploča šešira je pun krug isheklan osnovnom bojom, dok su motivi oboda povezani ispunjavanjem praznina između njih. [:en]Crochet Fiscardo hats are made from 10 square „Fiscardo“ motifs, 4 of which make up the crown, and the remaining 6 are lined up along the brim. The top of the hat is a full circle crocheted in the main color, while the the brim motifs are connected by filling in spaces between them. At the end of the work the whole hat is stiffened with sugar syrup starch and the brim edge is additionally reinforced by crocheting over a wire. This extra firmness allows you to shape the brim as you like.
